Ear pain can be caused by infection in one ear, but there are some conditions that can cause ear pain or feel uncomfortable.

Tinnitus

A loud noise can be one of the main causes of tinnitus, so that it can be done as much as possible to avoid overly loud sounds, such as the volume of a TV, the sound of a musical instrument, or a heavy vehicle.
Meniere's disease
Conditions that generally occur in one ear this can be caused by abnormal fluid in the inner ear that causes vertigo abruptly. Sudden whirling and tinnitus are the two main symptoms. Diseases commonly experienced by people aged 40-50 years is generally treated with drugs to handle vertigo, injections in the middle ear, or surgery. But of course this procedure can only be done by a specialist.
